Effective as of 2025, these Terms of Service govern the use of AudioNowComp’s corporate audit and compliance platform at audionowcomp.com.

1. Introduction

AudioNowComp (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides solutions to support corporate audit and compliance processes. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Use of the Platform

Users must be authorized representatives of an organization seeking audit and compliance support. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials.

3. Services

We offer audit and compliance services tailored to corporate requirements, including risk assessment, regulatory reviews, and process validation.

3.1 Service Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of our services, fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. In the event we cancel a scheduled service, we will issue a full refund as a credit to the original payment method within 14 days. Clients may request to reschedule a service at no additional charge if notice is provided at least 7 days before the scheduled date.

4. Information Products

We provide specialized digital materials such as guides, checklists, and training modules designed for audit and compliance professionals.

4.1 Info Product Refund Policy

Digital products may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed. Clients seeking a refund should contact us via our contact form. Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days.

5. Goods

From time to time, we offer physical items such as printed manuals, forms, and branded merchandise.

5.1 Goods Refund Policy

Physical goods may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in unused condition. To initiate a refund, clients should contact us via our contact form with proof of purchase. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the item. Shipping costs are not eligible for refund unless the item is defective or the dispatch was an error on our part.

6. Scheduling and Changes

Clients may request to reschedule a booked service by contacting AudioNowComp at least 7 days prior to the appointment. Requests made less than 7 days before the service date may incur an additional fee.
